Guesthouse and Country Convention Centre
| Avalon Homestead is situated on 5.8 acres, 4
kms west of the current Toodyay town site and only one hour from Midland.
At Avalon there are lovely landscaped gardens including labyrinths, rotundas
and private sitting areas. Large patio areas, including a new outside
dining/BBQ area are soon to be fitted with heaters and ceiling fans.
There are verandas all round the homestead and a large parking area all on
level ground suitable for the elderly or disabled |

| Avalon has 16 rooms, each suitable for two
people with a choice of two single beds, or one king-size bed. Each
room has a private bathroom, TV/DVD player, iron and ironing board, all good
quality linen and individual access to the gardens. |

| The lounge room has comfortable lounge
chairs, TV/DVD player and an inviting Toodyay Stone open fire for chilly
evenings. |
|
|
| The dining room has tables and chairs for up
to 32 people, a communal refrigerator and complimentary tea and coffee 24
hours a day. All the above is under one roof, including a large
conference room suitable for many different activities. The entire
building is fitted with Central air Conditionings/heating and ceiling fans.
Each room has a door to the gardens and views over the Avon Valley. |
